AUMU “Scanner” Multichannel fl awdetector – thickness gauge for high-speed inspection

Multichannel detector – thickness gauge AUMU “Scanner” is the basis for establishment of automatic lines of high-speed ultrasonic inspection in production fl ow for diff erent products: pipes, sheets, discs, rings, shafts, pistons etc., metal structures and other products’ blanks. Depending on inspection purpose the fl aw detector may have up to 32 independent channels. Nondestructive inspection and thickness gauging of weld joints and base metal of products is performed at a speed of up to 2 m/s.
