Mechanized installation for ultrasonic testing of welded joints of steel sheets and vessels

The installation is intended for detecting flaws in welded joints in a workshop. It is also used for ultrasonic examination of pipe ends and verification of ultrasonic examination results.

The installation includes:
  • “SKARUCH” ultrasonic gaging installation (“SCANNER” flaw detector; MP2; AB; software; IK-2S cable; CPU);
  • rod-fitted apparatus for moving and pressing acoustic block;
  • contact fluid feed system;
  • paint marking system.

The installation is supplied in contact or aperture designs.
